First Holy Communion

First Holy Communion is one of the holiest occasions in our Catholic life. It is the first time that a person receives the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, which is the eating of the consecrated bread (i.e The Body of Christ) and drinking of consecrated wine (i.e. The Blood of Christ).
